Having a new crush is one of the best feelings in the world. You get butterflies just thinking about them, your spirits are lifted even though nothing has actually changed, and the potential of seeing them is next level. When I have a new crush, these feelings are amazing and overwhelming at the same time. Did I jump ahead too quickly picturing us dating already? Does he even know I exist? My anxiety-driven mind spirals thinking about all the possibilities that lie ahead. 

We're here to tell you to feel those feelings! It's normal to fall for someone and have crushes. It's okay and even exciting to give yourself a sneak peek of what your life could look like together. It may be a bit of work to get your crush to notice you, but rest assured you have just as good of a chance as anyone. Put your best foot forward and try chatting with your crush. If he didn't know you existed, now he will. Don't put too much thought into the conversation. Keeping things light and fun will keep you just mysterious enough for your crush to want more.
